Just in case if anyone is wondering about it...
It's really simple... I never learned how to type in Chinese. And worst of all, my computer doesn't seem to cooperate when I try to use the little keyboard to spell the words.
Maybe you'll ask, how can you not know how to type in Chinese? Well, there just isn't a need for me to use it. When I was in college, there was no internet(woops, did I tell you how old I am?). Plus, my major was English literature. Therefore, my English typing is really fast and that's all I know. After college, I came to the States for my Master's degree, and again, no chance for me to type anything in Chinese.
Now as a mom of two active children, I have to find time in my busy schedule to write something in my blog. In order to keep up with my thinking process, typing in Chinese is just too slow (we're talking about more than 20 secs a word). I'm afraid if I choose to blog in Chinese, I'll give up the whole thing.
So, please forgive me if you find this inconvenient. After all, my main purpose of the blog is to have fun and at the same time documenting my life, just for the sake of it. :)
